  Conference Registration & Payment Guidelines

  • Early Bird Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than November 2, 2026.

  • Regular Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than January 18, 2027.

  • Late Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than January 27, 2027.

  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the registration rate will be adjusted to the current pricing at the time payment is made. 

  • Conference registration rates are based on current membership status at the time the invoice is issued and/or payment is received. 

  Refund Policy

  • Early Bird and Late Registration fees are non-refundable. 

  • Regular Registration fees may be considered for a refund at the discretion of the Texas TRIO Executive Board, minus a $200 processing fee. 

  • To request a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received on or before Monday, February 1, 2027. Unfortunately, requests received after this date cannot be accommodated. 

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the conference and issued using the original method of payment.
