Reimagine student engagement and get back to the heart of TRIO.
Explore the habits, relationships, and practices that turn good advising into exceptional student support.
Learn how to support students in crisis—including students with disabilities, students experiencing homelessness, adult learners, and post-traditional students—without becoming the solution to every problem.
Reconnect with your “why,” protect your energy, and build practices that help you continue doing this work well.

Not currently a Texas TRIO member? The full four-session series is $75*, and registration may be an allowable TRIO grant expense as professional development, consistent with your institution’s policies and applicable grant requirements.
Come learn, reflect, laugh, share, and leave each Monday with practical strategies you can actually use.

Conference Registration & Payment Guidelines
Early Bird Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than November 2, 2026.
Regular Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than January 18, 2027.
Late Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than January 27, 2027.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the registration rate will be adjusted to the current pricing at the time payment is made.
Conference registration rates are based on current membership status at the time the invoice is issued and/or payment is received.
Refund Policy
Early Bird and Late Registration fees are non-refundable.
Regular Registration fees may be considered for a refund at the discretion of the Texas TRIO Executive Board, minus a $200 processing fee.
To request a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received on or before Monday, February 1, 2027. Unfortunately, requests received after this date cannot be accommodated.
Approved refunds will be processed after the conference and issued using the original method of payment.
