We want to ensure conference attendees have a great experience and due to a wonderful registration count,
we are closing the conference registration. There will be NO on-site registration options.
Please note: February 8th will be activities such as pre-conference, ELI, board and conference planning meetings.

Overflow hotel rate is no longer guaranteed. You can book directly with the hotel, at their rates, pending their availability.
Please note- the overflow hotel, Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown, is a 3–5-minute walk from the C. Baldwin.
Parking is $49 for valet, and $25 self-park. There is also public parking in the area with lower rates.
Room price is $249 (Queen Double beds) + Applicable Taxes
