Texas TRIO Student Leadership Conference 2018

You will be registering as your program representative/contact and indicating how many students and staff you will be bringing. Within 48 hours, your TX TRIO Wild Apricot account will be updated with an invoice indicating the number of students and staff you put on your registration sheet and the total cost. The cost breakdown will be $225 per student and $165 per staff member, and there must be a 10-to-1 student to staff ratio or better.

The Texas TRIO Board is proud to bring back the Student Leadership Conference for 2018!  Because we are re-branding this conference, we are, at this time, only able to accommodate Pre-College Programs (rising 9th - 12th grade students).  We will extend our conference to the collegiate level soon.

Registration Deadline is: May 16, 2018

A few days after you register the number of students/staff attending the conference, you will receive an invoice for the number of students/staff you indicated were coming, plus we will send you a roster you need to fill out.  This roster will be due on June 8th.  This roster will want to know the following items:

  • Specific names of students attending the conference
  • Grade of student
  • Gender of student
  • Program of which student belongs
  • T-shirt size of each student
The Cost to attend is $225.00 per student;  $165.00 per adult*
