Registration


You are registering as your program representative/contact. Please indicate how many students/staff you will bring. Within 48 hours, your TX TRIO Association account will be updated with an invoice indicating the number of students and staff you put on your registration sheet and the total cost. The cost breakdown will be $250 per student and $165 per staff member during regular registration and there must be a 10-to-1 student to staff ratio or better.

The Texas TRIO Executive Board is proud to bring back the Student Leadership Conference for 2019!  

Regular Registration is: April 1, 2019 - May 15, 2019 and the cost to attend is $250.00 per student;  $165.00 per adult.*

Late Registration is:  May 15, 2019 - MAY 30, 2019.  During this time the cost to attend is $280.00 per student; $195.00 per adult.*

A few days after you register the number of students/staff attending the conference, you will receive an invoice for the number of students/staff you indicated were coming, plus we will send you a roster you need to fill out.  This roster will be due on June 14th.  This roster will want to know the following items:

  • Specific names of students attending the conference
  • Grade of student
  • Gender of student
  • Program of which student belongs
  • T-shirt size of each student

*Please limit your registrations to 20 students per grant program.

*There must be at least a 10:1 student/staff ratio throughout the entire function.
