  Cancellation Policy- If availability changes and you are no longer able to attend, written notification must be received by TX TRIO Treasurer Kim Crockett (texastrioassoc@gmail.com) by January 17, 2025. Full refunds will be granted for regular registration. **Regardless of the refund amount, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid**
