• Early Bird Registration - Members Only! – $600.00
  Early Bird Registration is for current members only! Payment or purchase order must be received by TX TRIO Treasurer, Sandra Flores, within thirty days, but no later than November 2, 2026, or your registration will be converted to Regular Registration Pricing. ***Early Bird Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE***Due to planning arrangement at a discount price!!
• Early Bird Registration - NON-MEMBER – $700.00
  Early Bird Registration for Non-Members. • Late Registration - $900.00 – $900.00
  Late Registration for Members and Non-Members is Non Refundable. Late Registration invoices are requested to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, but no later than January 27, 2027.
• NON-MEMBER Regular Registration- $800.00 (Non-Members) – $800.00
  Non-Member Regular Registration Payment or purchase order must be received by TX TRIO Treasurer, Sandra Flores, within thirty days, but no later than January 18, 2027, or your registration will be converted to Late Registration Pricing.
  
  Refund Policy:
  Regular Registration fees may be considered for a refund at the discretion of the Texas TRIO Executive Board, minus a $200 processing fee. To request a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received on or before Monday, February 1, 2027. Unfortunately, requests received after this date cannot be accommodated. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference and issued using the original method of payment. Please email texastrioassoc@gmail.com.
